No decision on aborted game yet

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Premier League Committee (PLC) has not decided the fate of the aborted game between Mascom Premier League sides, Nico United and Gaborone United.

PLC Secretary Setete Phuthego says a decision will be made after the PLC receives recommendations from its legal advisor.

"The issue was referred to our legal advisor to advise us whether to prosecute or not. At the moment I cannot say what will happen until we get feedback from our legal counsel," Setete said. The Premier League game between Nico and GU was cancelled late last year after the Gaborone side indicated that it was unable to raise a squad.
