Nico seek to sustain revival

SELEBI-PHIKWE: Resurgent Nico United take on Township Rollers in a Mascom Premier League match at the Selebi-Phikwe Stadium tomorrow seeking to continue their late revival.

Rollers humbled Nico 4-1 in the first round late last year and Majombolo would be out to settle scores. The Gaborone giants are having a bad season and need to beat Nico to move closer to the leading pack.

On the other hand, Nico had a slow start to the season but have picked form at a crucial period. On current form, Majombolo are favoured to walk away with the three points. Rollers have not beaten Nico at the Selebi- Phikwe Stadium in more than eight years. Their 4-1 demolition of Majombolo in the first round was their first victory in a long time. Nico come to the game with their tails up after a morale boosting 3-2 victory at home over Notwane last weekend. Majombolo led 2-0 at halftime but allowed Toronto to claw their way back into the game before a late Jotham Marufu strike saved them. Nico will once again look up to the irrepressible Master Masitara who notched his 10th goal of the season at the weekend. Gifted with a clever right foot, silky dribbling skills and pace, the Nico forward has been a menace to the opposition.
