Selebi-Phikwe: Nico 5 (T. Ndoro 29,68, G.Moyo 53, B.Simakwenzi 50, K. Keitumetse 70,

Nico United  blasted  minnows Black Peril 5-1 as goals poured from all over the pitch for the Phikwe side who had a new coach in Zambian Elijah Chikwanda being in-charge for the first time. Zimbabwean hitman, Tendai Ndoro scored twice in the match.

But the emphatic victory was this time witnessed by a paltry crowd, uncharacteristic of a Nico show. It took the home side 29 minutes to break the ice through a brilliant strike by Zimbabwean striker, Tendai Ndoro. But Nico's poor defence saw Black Peril getting an easy goal on the 45th minute. However, from the break, Nico immediately raced in front as Bernard Simakwenzi and   Gift Moyo netted in quick succession to dazzle the relegation-haunted boys from Gaborone.
