"We have set targets for ourselves and we would like to see the team finishing the 2009/2010 season in the top four. We can only achieve this if we have a good team and quality players. We have agreed to have collective responsibility.
We do not want to see an individual doing everything in the committee like what was happening in the previous committee," said the former Nico spokesperson who took over the top seat after Kitso 'Jomo' Nkoborwane stepped down last weekend. Raditshego stressed that the new committee is interested in results and wants to avoid finger pointing.
