MOLAPOWABOJANG: BDF Cats manager, Tamoziba Silver, has said it is going to be difficult to find a replacement for the late Gonewamang 'Killer' Mosalakatane.

Silver said the gap that Mosalakatane left was visible during the Spar Good for You netball finals last year when she could not play because of illness. He was speaking at the funeral of Mosalakatane where multitudes of mourners, mostly sports people, had braved the rainy Saturday morning to pay their last respects to the netball star. Mosalakatane died last week after a short illness. Speakers at the funeral described the national team player as a loving person.

The director of sports administration at Botswana Defence Force (BDF), Moleti Nkoketsang said having played for Cats for 12 years, it was difficult to come to terms with the death of Mosalakatane. He said she represented BDF five times at the annual Council of International Sports Military (CISM) where she won individual awards.
