Netball giants in Spar semis

FRANCISTOWN: Superb shooting and character by their respective shooters on Saturday powered the traditional netball giants in the country to the semifinal stages of the ongoing 2012 Botswana Netball Association (BONA) Spar Good for You League.

BDF Cats, Jungle Queens, TASC Confidence and Notwane netball clubs stormed into the Spar Good For You semifinals after winning some intriguing matches played under extremely hot conditions in Francistown.

The quartet progressed to the semi-finals scheduled to be played in Gaborone on the weekend of November 23 - 24 this year after claiming first and second positions during the quarterfinal games played at the Francistown College of Technical and Vocational Education (FCTVE) courts on Saturday.
