The on and off relationship between Notwane and coach Paul Moyo has come to an end. Notwane spokesman, Andrew Mokgatlhane said they have parted ways with the man dubbed the club's godfather after his contract expired in July.

Moyo signed a three-year contract with Notwane in 2006. Mokgatlhane said the coach left at the end of last month since it was agreed that he should take care of the team in the pre-season training.

The Notwane official said they parted ways amicably with the coach. Other than being an employee, he said, Moyo has always had a soft spot for the club. "He is very much part of us." Mokgatlhane said they have paid the veteran coach all his dues and they appreciate the contribution that he has made to the club.
