Motor Centre Sponsors Botswana Open Again

This is one of the longest sponsorship partnerships the Botswana Tennis Association (BTA) has ever had. The P90,000 sponsorship was presented to BTA by Motor Centre principal dealer at Zaheera Esof at a ceremony at Notwane Tennis Club on Friday.

Esof stated that the tournament remains one of the most lucrative non-International Tennis Federation (ITF) supported ones in southern Africa. The Botswana Open Tennis Championship is scheduled to take place from July 18-21. It has attracted representatives from Mozambique, Lesotho, Burundi, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Madagascar.
