"It is with great sadness to announce the passing on of Kgosi Mooketsi Tosh Kgotlele of Leshibitse village in the Kgatleng District. Kgosi Kgotelele passed on 08 May 2024," reads a statement. Kgotlele was BFA CEO between 2008 and 2010 before leaving under a cloud following match-fixing allegations that arose during the Zebras' trip to China in 2009. He was banned for life from football activities by FIFA in 2019 following proceedings instituted a year earlier.
