Financial troubles continue to haunt Coca-Cola Cup finalists, Motlakase Power Dynamos, which have released their development coach, Garian Nyathi.

The club said they could no longer afford to shell his dues. The move comes just two weeks after the club announced they were cutting players' salaries in order to adjust to life in the First Division.  Nyathi was appointed as an assistant coach a few seasons ago before the team got promoted to the Premier League. He served under former coach, Benedict Bayani, at the time.

Club chairperson, Lekoko Motlotlegi said Nyathi was not an assistant coach when he was released, but was development coach. He was assigned the position to meet requirements of the Botswana Premier League (BPL) requirements when the team was still in the elite division.
