Moses Moruise has become the second Motswana after Sesupo Mosweu, the former president of the Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) to undertake the first module of the one-year International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Masters Degree course.

Moruise is the secretary general of the Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC). He undertakes the course with more than 40 sports administrators from various Olympic committees all over the world.   He says his aim in applying for the course was to get first hand training in sports management since he lacks such expertise. He explained that the first module covers strategic management and sports governance. The second and third modules will cover sports marketing and human resources management respectively.

The last module covers performance management.
