Molome bounces back as Chiefs' boss

Former Mochudi Centre Chiefs boss, Ernest Molome is back as the club's chairman. Molome made a comeback at Saturday's Annual General Meeting at Molefi Senior Secondary School in Mochudi.

It was a different scenario from what happened last year when he was ousted and business mogul, Maclean Letshwiti roped in to replace him. The club's members who attended the Saturday AGM felt that last year's changes did not yield much fruit and decided to bring Molome back.

The soccer boss spent the past season as an additional member of the Chiefs executive committee in charge of technical matters. In the committee installed over the weekend, Tom Mongale will deputise him while Clifford Mogomotsi bounced back as communications manager. Mogomotsi was cast out of the position last year in favour of Ronald Modikana, who was part of the club's Transformation Team. The team was given 12 months to privatise the club but this did not happen and now the task falls to Molome and his current committee.
