Molefhe’s goals ensured his side stays two points behind leaders, Township Rollers with four games left. The match, characterised by rough tackles, began slowly.  Chiefs had the first sniff at a goal through a free kick in the seventh minute, which was, however, not utilised.  Both teams created chances in the first half, but went to the break deadlocked.

But Green Lovers did not waste time after the break, drawing first blood through Rentse Keakabetse who converted a pass from Mathews Moruti in the 54th minute.
