He is one of the most underrated midfielders in the Premier League but Extension Gunners' new recruit Botshelo Mogotsi is a true match-winner.

Having been overshadowed by the likes of Dirang Moloi, Keoagetse 'Barnes' Radipotsane, Jackie Mothatego and Tebogo Sembowa at Notwane, the 26-year-old midfielder started shining at the start of last season when all these players were on the sidelines. People started taking notice and Mogotsi was showered with praises by those who have been following the performance of Toronto. When Moloi joined Mochudi Centre Chiefs in January, coach Paul Moyo summoned Mogotsi to take his position. He did not disappoint in the new role as he delivered every week. Most clubs took notice of Mogotsi's performances in the middle of the pack and when the season ended in July, they came knocking.

Having had problems with Toronto despite a brilliant season, the player decided that enough is enough. He decided to join his childhood club, Gunners. Though Notwane tried to convince him to stay for another season, the youngster did not budge. Finally, Toronto gave in and released his registration book to Gunners. He said that he is looking forward to helping Mapantsula to win titles again.
