First Division side, Miscellaneous of Serowe are toying with the idea of going to court in their quest to gain promotion to the be MOBILE Premier League after the dismissal of their case by the sports National Appeals Board (NAB).

Last Wednesday, NAB upheld the decision by the Botswana Football Association (BFA) Disciplinary Committee (DC) to promote Jwaneng Comets to the Premier League after the controversial promotion play-offs last month.

NAB said it will give reasons later to justify why it dismissed Miscellaneous' appeal. But Steady Sethaba, the chairman of Miscellaneous said they might seek the intervention of the court. "The way things have gone, we are (now) considering court action against the BFA. I cannot say much now because we are meeting tomorrow (Monday) and I would have more details on Tuesday morning," he said on Sunday.
