Maposa seeks payment from GU

Former Gaborone United (GU) striker, Wellington Maposa has hauled the club to the Department of Labour on claims that he is owed P9,000 in signing-on fees.

The player was off-loaded by the Reds late last year together with Bashin Modisaotsile, Vincent Phiri and Mpho Mabogo.

Maposa, who is now at Black Peril claims that GU is yet to finish paying his signing-on fee. The two parties had reportedly agreed on a signing-on fee of P14,000 when Maposa joined the club on a two-year deal. The money was to be paid in two installments and Maposa claims GU only paid P5,000.
