The streets of Lobatse exploded in celebrations on Saturday evening following Extension Gunners' 3-1 triumph over Palapye side, Motlakase, to clinch the 2010/2011 Coca-Cola Cup , ending a 17-year trophy drought to the one-time glamour side.

Gunners put up a splendid performance in front of their home crowd in the pulsating final played at the Lobatse Sports Complex to get a P500,000 cheque and get a chance to represent Botswana in CAF competitions next year.
It was a historic moment for the Peleng side who won the inaugural cup in 1992 only to win it again in its 20th edition after two final appearances in between. All the four goals of the match came in the second half.
