He is considered the best setter in the country and that is not by default. The man has proven his mettle over the years and he continues to shine in front of the volleyball net in the Mascom Volleyball League.

Tjiyapo Ronald Madeluka, born 33 years ago in Gaborone did his primary education at Therisanyo in 1989. As a young boy, his first love was football. As the years went by, a new sport called volleyball was introduced at his school in 1994.

“I was attracted to volleyball because it was a new sport in our school. By then there was nothing like playing a certain position. We just played all over,” he says with a chuckle.
