Local tennis players have bowed out of the second Euphemia Tlhapane Junior Memorial tourney, which is underway at the Notwane Courts.

No player has gone through to the quarter final after the nation’s hope, eighth seed and South Africa-based Tshegofatso Tsiang was knocked by unseeded South African Christine Kruger in the third round.

Tsiang fought hard, but a couple of mistakes cost her the game as she lost 6-3, 6-3.
