Kutlwano out to consolidate lead

Defending champions and pacesetters in the Mascom men volleyball league, Kutlwano, are out to extend their lead tomorrow when they face Victory Seekers at Thebephatshwa.

Kutlwano has so far collected 12 points after winning all their four games while third-placed Seekers have played five and won three. Kutlwano is not expected to have an easy game against the vastly-improved Jwaneng side. The last time the two sides met, Kutlwano won 3-1.

Kutlwano coach, Isaac Samuel, said winning every game is crucial in their quest to retain the title. He said they respect Seekers and they will take the match seriously. He said that last season when they beat Seekers, the team was complacent but found their opponents formidable.
