Kutlwano make Zone VI history

History was made on Sunday when Kutlwano teams from Botswana made a clean sweep of Zone VI Volleyball Club Championships.

Kutlwano men and women clubs became regional champions after beating South African sides in the final. This marks the first time, teams from one club won the women and men titles in the regional competition.

The Kutlwano women who were the defending champions beat Cigma of South Africa 3-1 in the final to retain the title. The men overcame defending champions Liberte of South Africa by a similar margin in the competition which ended on Sunday in Durban, South Africa.
