FRANCISTOWN: Screamer Kgotle scored from a tight corner just before half-time as Amakhosi beat visiting Kazungula Young Fighters 1-0 in sweltering heat at the Francistown Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The lanky striker used his long legs to negotiate his way past a bunch of ball watching Kazungula defenders before squeezing a lame shot between opposition goalkeeper, Moemedi Sekaname and the upright.

Before the goal, both sides had been cautious with none willing to attack in a game of very few opportunities.
