Track sensation, Karabo Sibanda emerged as the biggest winner at the 36th annual Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) awards held at the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC) on Saturday after he walked away with both the junior sports male award of year and the sportsperson of the year award.

The sportsperson award carries a prize money of P70,000.

The 400m runner beat karate sensation Khaya Groth and swimmer James Freeman for the junior sports male of the year award.
