Mafolofolo stayed second with 12 points from their opening four matches. Defending champions Kutlwano are fifth after playing only one game and would now play catch-up.  Army side BDF VI look determined to retain the men's title after winning all their five matches collecting 15 points. However, their lead looked under threat on Saturday, but the team survived against second placed Kutlwano to scrape through 3-2.  Former champions, Kutlwano pose a serious threat to BDF VI's ambitions. After having a bad season last year, the men in black and white are back with a bang. Perennial bridesmaids, Police have as usual started the league on the right footing.

They registered a 100 percent performance by winning all their four matches. They travelled to the diamond-mining town of Orapa over the weekend where they beat Orapa 3-2. Itekeng, Victory Seekers and Tanian are finding the going tough at the bottom of the log having collected seven, five and four points respectively.
