Young Zebras' enterprising midfielder, Dirang Moloi put up a sterling performance against Morocco to help the local side to a 2-0 win in the 2008 Olympic Games qualifier.

Moloi returned to the Under-23 after sometime and gave thousands of Batswana who packed the National Stadium something to talk about.

The national Under-23 team proved once again that Botswana football is coming of age by beating North African giants Morocco 2-0 in the Olympic Games qualifiers at the National Stadium in Gaborone. The win means that whatever happens, the Young Zebras will finish the qualifiers with an unbeaten home record in a group that also included former Olympic champions Cameroon and African middleweights Guinea. Both Morocco and Cameroon have a proud tradition in African and world football even at age limit levels and credit must go to the Dream Team for matching or bettering them at home. The performance coming after the senior side finished the qualifiers for next year's African Cup of Nations with an unbeaten home run means that the days when Botswana was one of the established punching bags in African football have become history.
