Chemical Industries Botswana (CIB) handed over P180,000 sponsorship cheque to Extension Gunners at a ceremony in Lobatse on Friday evening. This is the second instalment in a three-year sponsorship deal signed between the two parties last year.

Under the deal, the club will get P180,000 a year from the company through its 03 bottled water brand.

The P180,000 for this season was handed over at Cumberland Hotel in Lobatse. Gunners' president, Alex Masie thanked CIB for its continued support for the club, saying they will do whatever it takes to make sure that the relationship grows to greater heights. Masie said the relationship is a mutual one since they are helping to market the O3 brand as evidenced by the substantial increase in sales since their relationship started last year.
