Gunners agree to refund GU

Extension Gunners have decided to pay back the P20,000 they received from Gaborone United (GU) for the botched transfer of Powel Abednico.

The Players Status Committee ruled a month ago that the towering midfielder belonged to Gunners but GU have been reluctant to release his registration book unless they get the money back.

Although at first the Reds claimed to have been in the dark about the said judgement, it has since emerged that they are demanding money before releasing the book.
