SELEBI-PHIKWE: Gaborone United (GU) moved closer to the semifinals of the Mascom Top 8 with a comprehensive 3-0 rout of hosts FC Satmos on Saturday in a lukewarm match.

The result was never in doubt as early as the second minute when reliable Zambian striker, Ronald Chikomo rose highest to plant a firm header past Kagiso Tshelametsi in Satmos goal. The Reds were on their way with that brisk start and never looked back.

Minutes later, gangly Namibian striker, Benson Shilongo blazed over as GU continued their unrelenting onslaught on the Satmos goal.
