* GU won 4-3 on aggregate<br>Gaborone United (GU) had to endure some tense moments in the last minutes of the second leg of the inaugural Super Cup as Mochudi Centre Chiefs staged a late comeback to force a 2-2 draw on Friday evening. However, it was too late for the national champions to win the cup as they failed to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg.

Supporters once again showed appreciation for the introduction of the Super Cup that pits league champions against and cup winners. With the league on a prolonged break, multitudes of soccer hungry fans thronged the UB Stadium to see the top two clubs in action in the final leg of the newly introduced cup. Chiefs looked on course to overturn the first leg deficit as they dominated in the opening 20 minutes of the match played under floodlights. They however, failed to find the back of the net though Skilful midfielder, Dirang Moloi once again showed why he is one of the most sought after talents in the country by dictating terms in the middle of the pack.
