The Ministry of Basic Education (MoBE) still owes P3.9 million to primary school teachers who participated in the 2019 sporting activities.

Botswana Primary Schools Sport Association (BOPSSA) president, Busani Segweni revealed the amount was at P5.5 million, but the government paid part of the debt.

“The ministry has promised us that they would pay the outstanding fee of P3.9 million this week,” he said.
