Going tough for debutants in women's league

New sides, Gaborone United (GU) and Mogoditshane Fighters are finding the going tough in the AT & T Monnakgotla women's league.

Fighters are yet to win a game, while GU won only once against fellow strugglers out of the nine matches that they have played. GU and Fighters occupy the bottom positions, 14 and 15 respectively.

Fighters' "Samba girls" who had high hopes at the beginning of the season, continue to dance to other teams' tunes as they only have three goals from seven matches.  Fighters coach Justin Mmereki admitted that the going is tough ,but said they are learning valuable lessons that will help them going forward.
