Sango pulled ahead of his competitors after winning the endurance test of clean and jerk doing 15 repetitions with 80kg.Matthew Sibanda and Zhara were tied for the second position after doing 13 repetitions apiece and Maweni was third with 11 repetitions.  The next event of tyre flips proved to be the most challenging.
