Giants' return adds fire to women's volleyball league

The return of volleyball giants, Kutlwano, Mafolofolo and Kalavango is expected to spark a renewed fight for honours in the women's volleyball league. The three have been inactive as some of their players were on national duty during the All Africa Games.

The three teams have each played 10 games with defending champions, Kutlwano winning all. Mafolofolo has lost once while Kalavango registered eight wins. After the lengthy lay-off Kutlwano will test its strength against log leaders BDF VI who have played 14 games collecting 35 points in the process. The weekend match will test BDF VI's credentials against the established sides of the league.

In their second match tomorrow the 'Big house' play struggling Victory Seekers in a match Kutlwano is expected to win. Seekers are last on the log and are yet to win a game.
