Giants play in SSKB tournament

Premier League giants, Township Rollers and Police XI will play a friendly tournament with Lesotho Mounted Police tomorrow at the SSKB. Both Rollers and Police XI have been out of action for a while after bowing out of the Coca Cola Cup early.

The first match in the SSKB tournament starts at 10am when Police XI lock horns with Lesotho Mounted Police. Rollers then take on Police XI at 12:15pm before locking horns with Lesotho Mounted Police at 3pm. Police XI spokesperson, Mmoloki Mogale said that the tournament has been organised after a request by Lesotho Mounted Police. Lesotho Mounted Police initially requested for a friendly with Police XI but to make it more competitive and interesting, Mogale said they approached Rollers who agreed to take part.
