Ghetto clubs still searching for maximum points

FRANCISTOWN: Before the start of the be MOBILE Premier League, Francistown football giants, TAFIC and ECCO City Greens asserted that they are going to be the teams to beat this season. But after two weekends of action, the Ghetto clubs are yet to win a match.

ECCO and TAFIC first played each other at the Francistown stadium where they drew 0-0.  Last weekend, ECCO travelled to Molepolole and played a 1-1 draw with champions, Gaborone United (GU) who are also looking for their first win. In Francistown, TAFIC welcomed rookies Killer Giants whose first half strike by right winger Pane Rakhobo gave the seasoned campaigners a big fright.

The game went into recess with the team from Ramotswa still leading 1-0 but in the second half, TAFIC fought hard to equalise through new signing Elijah 'Casper' Kemmonye.
