Gabonamong, Legwaila to join Zebras

The national team duo of Mogogi Gabonamong and Nico United's Richard Legwaila are expected to join the Zebras upon the team's return from Cairo, Egypt, today.

The SuperSport United midfielder, Gabonamong, could not join the team last week as he was concluding contract talks in South Africa.Legwaila, on the other hand, had to remain behind owing to botched flight bookings.

Zebras' coach Stanley Tshosane confirmed the duo would join up with the 22 players who made the trip to Cairo.Tshosane cleared the air on Gabonamong's absence, revealing the player had communicated with him that he would be delayed. So much was said about the player's absence last week in the media, with the Botswana Football Association (BFA) saying the player was not answering their calls.
