FRANCISTOWN: The Francistown Regional Football Association (FRAFA) central committee members have made a U-turn on their decision to dump the regional footballing body, Mmegi Sport has learnt.

Charles Chilisa the chairperson for all the 16 footballing regions in the country is said to have been instrumental in making sure that the five men who resigned reverse their decision. The five members who resigned last Thursday after reported differences with the Botswana Football Association (BFA) Disciplinary Committee (DC) are chairperson Jonas Ikgopoleng, his deputy Lenyeletse Tamocha,  Secretary Baboloki Bajiti, treasurer Fanyana Fish and additional member to the executive committee Obvious Moyo.

Chilisa reportedly called Ikgopoleng early this week "humbly requesting" him to reverse his decision along with other committee members who resigned."Yes, the committee members have reversed their decision to dump FRAFA after I spoke to them highlighting that their resignation has the potential to affect the running of football in the region.
