Foreigners excluded from snooker tournament

The organisers of the annual pool table tournament, Earth Life Africa have decided to exclude foreign players from participating in this year’s tournament. The second instalment of the tournament kicks off tomorrow at the Molepolole Sports Complex.

A South African, Ishmael Mthethwa won the inaugural competition last year.

Director of Earth Life Africa, Denny Tlhalefang said at the launch of the tournament this week that they realised Batswana have never been exposed to such a competition before and that led to mistakes.
