Football development in Chobe impress BFA official

KASANE: The Botswana Football Association technical officer, Tshepo Mphukuthi is optimistic that the young players from Chobe can do better if given a chance.

Mphukuthi told young football and volleyball players at the Re Ba Bona Ha skills development festival held at Chobe Junior Secondary School grounds on Saturday that with good support, the region can excel in sport.

He encouraged young football players to make sure that in the near future, they join clubs playing in the regional league and help them to get promoted to the Premier League.  He told the players to aim at donning national colours. He said that it would be a big achievement if at least one player from each region joins the national team.
