FNBB Praised Over Sponsorship

Speakers at the Gaborone City Regional Football Association (GACFA) 2006/07 Division One prize-giving ceremony held at Cresta Lodge last Friday evening, hailed the bank for the sponsorship. They said if it were not for FNBB, the league would not have been so successful.

GACFA chairman Basupang Leipego asserted that the sponsorship came as a blessing for most clubs as Gaborone city region does not have fenced grounds or stadium facilities to enable participating teams to raise funds through gate-takings. From the total FNBB sponsorship, Gaborone region got P19, 600 to be used as prize money.
