The First Division South league kicks-off on September 26 without a sponsor although officials remain confident a financier would be secured before the end of the first round in December.

The league has been without a sponsor for more than three seasons after the departure of Med Rescue.

First Division South chairman, Charles Chilisa said the 'dusty' grounds make the league less attractive to sponsors. He stated that if the games were played on better grounds, companies will be willing to support the league.
