Teams in the Debswana First Division League are complaining about the failure to provide first aid during their games. The complaints follows an incident in which a Mogoditshane Fighters' player picked a head injury after a collision over the weekend.

Fighters chairperson, Bob Dintwe told Mmegi Sport that Bakang Onnetse was rushed to hospital where he was stitched before being released on the same day.

Dintwe said that the presence of paramedics during league games is very critical. He said that teams do not have qualified paramedics or ambulances. So when injuries occur, team officials are forced to use their own vehicles to transport players to hospital and this can aggravate an injury.
