Finance has forced the suspensions of the women's league

The Women’s Super League has been stopped indefinitely as teams are battling with financial problems, the league chairman Kabelo Moremong has said.

Speaking to Mmegi Sport yesterday, Moremong said four teams approached the league committee alerting them of their financial situations.

He said upon realising that it was an issue affecting almost all teams in the league, the committee decided to suspend all league activities until further notice.
