Some small traders have taken advantage of the loophole to sell liquor at stadiums contrary to directives from BFA. Over the weekend at SSKB when Santos played Notwane in a Premier League game, a number of supporters could be seen drinking Chibuku, which they bought from a woman inside the stadium.
