Botswana Football Association (BFA) president, David Fani, said he is still pondering seeking re-election when his four-year term ends next year.

Fani told Mmegi Sport yesterday, that he is still consulting associates and his family. The BFA holds elections next July, where the positions of BFA president, vice president (technical) and additional member will be up for grabs."We will have election next year, but I am not yet sure if I'll make myself available. As much as there has been a fair degree of success at the BFA, there is still a lot of work that still needs to be done. I am not suggesting that I am the only person who can do it, but there are plans that we set out that need to be implemented.

"I need to introspect and consult, I cannot give a specific time (when I will have made a decision to stand). In any case, the nominations are next year around May or June and around that time, I will have made my decision."Asked if he will retain a similar leadership style if he decides to seek a fresh term, Fani admitted that there was room for improvement.
