Ecco, Tafic end season with 0-0

The opening 25 minutes saw both teams struggling to impose themselves. It was probably because both teams knew that whatever result would not impact their position in the league. On the 35th minute, however, ECCO's speedy attacker Mandlaenkosi Sibanda produced something to cheer about with his bobbling runs, delivering more balls into the box. However, Mmoloki Kafuko together with Gaotwesepe Legoreng fluffed the chances. The terrorising Mandlaenkosi was ruled offside several times when fans thought he would score. When the second half resumed, ECCO showed higher determination to find that elusive goal. During one of his marauding runs, Mandlaenkosi and Kafuko combined to bombard TAFIC's goal keeper with shots, but there was no goal. Patrick Lenyeletse's effort also sailed over the bar. TAFIC seemed to gain momentum on the 60th minute after ECCO defender Trinity Nko was red-carded. The Tamocha Bedi, Clarkson Dzimbiri and Wellington Sibanda combination was pleasing but the goal remained at large.
