Defending netball champions BDF Cats have an easy assignment against struggling Mochudi Centre Chiefs in a My Spar My Botswana League encounter tomorrow.

This weekend's games have been moved to the Molepolole Sport Complex. Cats assumed top spot last weekend after emphatically beating star-studded Jungle Queens and will be seeking to consolidate their position.Cats went into last weekend in third place with a game in hand, and shot to the apex of the log when they beat Queens, who had been on top.

Cats went unbeaten last season up to national championships' level and have maintained the same squad that did duty last season.Cats boast of a squad brimming with internationally exposed players like Hilda Binang and sharp-shooter, Tebogo Radipotsane.They will also bank on the attacking prowess of Lemogang Moganetsi and Selebaleng Modise.Cats' goalkeeper, Ntebogang Motlakaleso gave them good cover at the back as they trounced Queens 53-26 last Saturday.Queens, who gave up pole position after losing their two encounters last weekend, will be hoping to bounce back when they take on lowly PUBS. Queens had hoped their mid-court workhorse Khumo 'Tutu-gal' Tutuwe would recover in time for this weekend. The injured star player was out of training this week due to a groin injury.
