Dust settles as Mamelodi returns to office

The office has been running under acting officers since Mamelodi was slapped with a suspension in March.

He was accused by the board for misuse of funds and suspended together with his personal assistant, Mogolo Sekgwa. The move also saw the board recall chairperson, Walter Kgabung and his assistant Solomon Mantswe, a move that threw Premier League activity into confusion. The board also engaged the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC) who confiscated some items including computers at the BPL office.
