Dissolving BNSC holds crucial meeting

The Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) winds-up its business with a crucial Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) in Gaborone this evening as the ground work is laid for a new supreme sports body to replace the council.

The BNSC is expected to pave way for the establishment of Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC) when the new Sports Act comes into effect next month.

BNSC chairperson, Solly Reikeletseng described today’s meeting as important with exciting policy changes expected.
