Derby fever as ECCO-TAFIC go head-to-head

FRANCISTOWN: All roads lead to the Francistown Stadium on Sunday for the epic clash of the Ghetto giants, TAFIC and rivals ECCO City Greens. Despite the poor performance of both clubs this season, it is a game that brings the second city to a standstill.

History and statistics do not matter in the battle for supremacy. TAFIC are at the bottom of the log with 18 points and will be under immense pressure to win. A positive result will possibly see them move to 15th spot if Uniao Flamengo Santos lose against Miscellaneous. TAFIC has experienced a turbulent season with on and off the field troubles.

Atshele Molapi’s ECCO are seventh with 26 points. On current statistics, ECCO start as favourites as they eye a top eight finish.
